Shah Rukh Khan voted Best Actor of the Year 2010

King Khan rules! He’s back at the top after lying low for the last couple of years. In the latest poll done by a website, Shah Rukh Khan has been voted the Best Actor of 2010 for his stellar performance in director Karan Johar’s film My Name Is Khan which released in February this year. In the poll, readers were asked to vote the outstanding performance of the year and the options were: SRK in MNIK,
Salman Khan in Dabangg, Hrithik Roshan in Guzaarish and Ajay Devgan in Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai.
Majority of them favoured Shah Rukh. In MNIK, he played a moderate Muslim with mild form of autism. Despite the humungous odds, the character sets out on a unique journey to meet the US President Barack Obama to tell him that he is not a terrorist.
