Recipe - The Batter Fish Fry

Ingredients
Fish (cut into 3 inch pieces, marinated with 1/2 kg salt /pepper and ajinomoto (1/2 tsp each) and kept aside for 10-15 minutes)
Batter:
Flour 1 cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Egg 1(beaten)
Salt pinch
Cooking oil 6 cups for deep frying. 
Instruction
  • Mix all the ingredients for the batter and make a smooth paste.
  • Little water can also be added.
  • Dip fish pieces one by one into batter and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with ketchup or anyway you want.
