Endhiran will run for a 1000 days

Chennai: The countdown to the release of Endhiran has begun and Rajini mania has gripped Chennai. The tickets for the first few days were sold out within an hour after bookings opened and now fans of the superstar are waiting anxiously for the release of the movie. They demand a 1,000-day run of the much-awaited blockbuster.
Age is no bar when its comes to Rajinikanth's fans and the gang is now gearing up for their superstar's most ambitious and expensive film ever.
The fan frenzy, excitement and anticipation for the superstar film Endhiran is at its peak in Chennai. With less than just 24 hours for the movie to release, the fans of the superstar cannot wait to see their thalaiavar setting the screen on fire yet again.
"Chandramukhi ran for 500 days but we're sure Endhiran will run for a 1000 days," said a fan.
"We have all prayed to god that thalaivar's movie should be a success and we're sure god will answer our prayers," confessed an ardent admirer.
With every new Rajinikanth release, the fan frenzy keeps growing. And this time with close to 1700 prints releasing in India alone and almost every theatre in Chennai screening the movie with shows as early as 5 in the morning, Rajini mania seems to have reached a new high.
"In Chennai we are anticipating a minimum of 500 screens and world-wide I think it will be more than 2000 screens," said Hansraj Saxena, COO, Sun Pictures.
As for fans outside India, well, they won't be disappointed either - the film is going to be released in most Asian countries apart from the US, Europe and South Africa. So the countdown has begun and the fans can't wait to take their seats tomorrow to whistle and clap for their thalaivar.
