Through calling card functionality customers can make nationwide and international calls at affordable prices from any PTCL landline number, Warid GSM connection and for Wateen number by dialing the access code 12541.
New Calling Card User:
• From a touch-tone phone, or Warid GSM connection dial the access code “12541”
• When prompted, enter the PIN of your Wcard followed by hash key (#)
• After entering your PIN, follow IVR
• Dial your destination number followed by # key to make call(s) at your desired number (national or international local or mobile)
WiMAX or Triple Play Users:
You can recharge your Wateen prepaid WiMAX or Triple Play account through:
• Voice: From your Wateen number dial 1230 and follow IVR to recharge your voucher (WCard)
• Internet: you can also recharge your voucher from internet, all you need to do is enter your username and password at http://prepaid.wateen.net and recharge you account via voucher
