Change of Ownership (WiMAX-Prepaid Customer)
Wateen Telecom has developed and implemented Ownership change process. Now WiMAX prepaid customers can change / transfer their ownership by visiting to the nearest Business Centers & Franchises. Customers just need to take required documentation to walk in Centers for further processing.
This process is applicable on consumer packages only. Customer can request for change of ownership of the account. It is mandatory for customer to provide follwoing documents:
a. CNIC of old owner.
b. CNIC of New owner (CNIC of new owner will be checked in NADRA database, only valid CNIC will be processed
c. CHANGE REQUEST form duly filled by new owner.
d. NOC duly signed by both old and new owners.
e. Undertaking-New Owner
