Wcards not accessible from Government numbers

Wateen Calling Cards (WCards) are only accessible from Warid Telecom (Mobile Numbers), Ptcl private numbers, Wateen provided numbers. But according to the information received from CSR at Wateen Contact Center Wcards are not accessible from Government number which starts from 92.

Now Wateen User's can Change Their Password from SelfCare Portal Only

Wateen users first were able to change their password from Prepaid Portal and Selfcare Portal which was pretty much confusing for users because when they used to change it from Prepaid Portal that was applicable only for internet.wateen.net and prepaid.wateen.net and not for selfcare.wateen.com.
