Kangna rides heavy 60 cc bullet bike

MUMBAI: Kangna Ranaut, who plays a small town wild girl in Tanu Weds Manu will be seen doing acts which a stereotypical small town girl can not even think of doing. In one such scene, Kanga will be seen riding a heavy 60 cc bullet bike. When Kangna was asked to shoot for a scene where she was supposed to ride a bike with an actor sitting behind in narrow lanes of Kanpur, she was shocked as she was alien to the concept of bike riding.

Director Anand Rai first asked her to practice on a light 30 cc bike, which she took weeks to master at and then she was given the heavy version of bullet.

Kangna was obviously nervous because for the scene she was supposed to ride it double seat with another actor behind her and rush in full speed through the crowded narrow streets.

This was the only scene in the film, which had maximum retakes.
