Indian government denied visa to former President and Military Chief, General (Retd) Pervez Musharraf on Wednesday. Indian media reported that the government was not satisfied with the reasons given for his visit. They said Musharraf's recent statements defending Kargil operations are also behind the denial of visa. Musharraf was invited by Young’s President Organization. He was to travel to India to attend a seminar.
